Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Ensure all products are in their original condition with tags attached, then securely place them back in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our boutique team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
